The price depends mainly on cable lengths, the ceilings and walls we run cables through, and the hard drive size. You get the exact price in writing after the site visit. We are not VAT payers – the price shown is final.

Who we install cameras for
• Offices – entrance, reception, corridors and server room; cameras do not point at employees’ desks
• Shops and premises – till, sales floor, entrance and stock room
• Clinics and medical practices – entrance and building surroundings; waiting room and reception only after careful assessment, usually recording outside opening hours. We do not install cameras in surgeries or examination rooms.
• Warehouses – gates, loading docks, racks with valuable goods and the perimeter fence
• Production and halls – gates, outdoor perimeter and areas with valuable equipment

How it works
1. You call or write to us and tell us what you want to monitor.
2. We come for a free site visit and suggest where to place the cameras.
3. We send you a written quote with a fixed price.
4. We order the equipment and agree on an installation date.
5. We install the system, set up your phone and explain everything.

CCTV and employee privacy
The Czech Labour Code (§ 316) allows monitoring of employees only for a serious reason arising from the nature of the business. We therefore design camera systems to protect property, entrances and high-risk areas – not to watch people work.
• We do not install cameras in toilets, changing rooms or showers, and we usually leave out kitchenettes and break rooms.
• Each camera has a clear purpose and a field of view no larger than needed. The payment terminal is covered with a privacy mask.
• You must inform employees directly about the scope and method of monitoring; a sign alone is not enough. Visitors are warned by a sign or pictogram before they enter.
• Footage is available only to designated people. The Czech Data Protection Office (ÚOOÚ) generally considers 72 hours of retention sufficient.

Frequently asked questions
How many cameras does a small shop need?
Usually 2–4: entrance, till, sales floor and stock room. We propose the exact number during the site visit.
Where should the camera above the till go?
Above the till and slightly to the side, so it shows the customer, the cash drawer and the counter. We cover the payment terminal with a privacy mask so the camera does not record PIN entry.
Where is the footage stored?
By default on the hard drive in the NVR at your premises; we can set up cloud storage if you want it.
Who can see the cameras on a phone?
Only the people you choose – each with their own account if you wish. Several sites can be viewed in one app.
Do you repair cameras installed by another company?
Yes, we service and repair systems installed by others.
What warranty do you give?
24 months on equipment and installation.
