How much service costs
Every fault is different, so we do not quote blind:
• call-out and diagnostics: we tell you the price after the inspection, always before any work starts
• labour: depends on the scope, you approve it in advance
• stand-alone consulting without installation: from 800 CZK
• spare parts (hard drive, camera, power supply): at current prices
We never repair anything without your consent. We are not VAT payers – the quoted price is final.

• check all cameras and clean the lenses
• make sure recording works and check the hard drive
• update the recorder and camera firmware

Frequently asked questions
Can you repair a system installed by someone else?
Yes. We work with Dahua, Hikvision, TVT and other camera brands regardless of who installed them. We just need access to the recorder.
Is it worth repairing old cameras?
For analogue cameras that are several years old, replacing them with IP cameras is often the better option. We compare both and you decide.
Why can’t I see my cameras on my phone?
Most often after a router change or a password change. We can often fix it remotely or during a short visit.
How much does a repair cost?

Do you also work outside Prague?
Yes, throughout the Central Bohemian Region. The site visit is free; any travel costs are included in the quote.
What warranty do you give?
24 months on equipment (some manufacturers give 36 months) and 24 months on the installation work.
