We install Hikvision, Dahua and TVT video intercoms – analogue, 2-wire and IP. You will get the exact price after the site visit, in advance and in writing. We are not VAT payers – the quoted price is final.

Family house and office
Family house: a door station at the gate or front door, an app on the phone for the whole family and, if you wish, a monitor in the house. We connect an electric lock or gate motor, so you can let a courier in even from work. Where possible, we reuse the existing doorbell cable.
Office and small business: a door station at the office or building entrance, a monitor at reception and calls to employees’ phones. The door opens with a button at reception, and employees can use fobs. If the door station has a fob reader, we program the fobs for you.

How it works
1. You call or write to us and tell us where you want the video intercom.
2. We come for a free site visit: location of the door station, wiring, lock or gate.
3. We send you a written quote with a fixed price.
4. Installation usually takes 1 day, including phone setup and a walkthrough.
Warranty: 24 months on equipment (some manufacturers give 36) and 24 months on installation.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a monitor, or is a phone enough?
A phone is enough. A monitor is useful if you want to open the door without a phone or if you have a reception.
Do you have to chase into the walls?
Usually not. We reuse the existing doorbell cable or run the wiring in a trunking.
Does it work when the internet goes down?
Calls to the monitor in the building keep working; calls reach your phone again once the internet is back.
Do you install video intercoms in apartment buildings?
No, we install them for family houses and offices. For apartment buildings we offer CCTV systems for SVJ.
Do you also work outside Prague?
Yes, throughout the Central Bohemian Region. The site visit is free; any travel costs are included in the quote.
What warranty do you give?
24 months on equipment (some manufacturers give 36 months) and 24 months on the installation work.
